I recently had an Insurance claim with Budget Insurance. It was my first ever claim and I was not sure of the procedure from start to finish. A lady by the name of Simone Smith would be my Claims consultant..And what a professional lady!!! She assisted me with my claim from the get go. she even went as far as to arrange a conference call with my previous insurer to verify certain details... Talk about going the extra mile. Needless to say my claim was settled. I just love the way she kept explaining everything in fine detail and calling me every step of the way. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, YOUR SERVICE MEANS A LOT TO ME.
