I have been blacklisted by ITC Business Admin through their client ADT. I have phoned numerous times over the past couple of months to get more information on the listing hoping to make a payment arrangement to settle this account. However, phoning ITC Business Admin is a complete waste of time. They claim they cannot give me any details but they blacklisted me. How can anyone make an effort to settle outstanding debt when you are met with rude and unhelpful people. Seems all they do is list you and dont care about sorting the problem.
