I had an account with ADT that was handed over to collections as I lost my job and couldnt afford to pay. For over 6 months I have been trying to get the details and make a payment arrangement to settle this account and no one can help. They handed me over to ITC Business Administrators who claim they cannot assist me in anything and said I must contact ADT directly. I have been pushed from pillar to post and no one can help me. Furthermore it seems they have listed me twice for the same thing. One reference number JHWILH78 listed on 1 March 2011 and another JHWILG39 listed on 25 May 2012. Reference at ITC Business Admin is 12122828686. The original reference with ADT is Wil01546. So many people just leave these matters but I am now in a position to make payment towards this account and no one can help me. This is shocking.
