I paid my loan in full last year december and asked for the account to be closed but up until today nothing has happened. I overpaid with 470 and they were supposed 2 do a reversal but that hasn't been done. The collection department say they can't help and the branch tell the same story that they cant help me. I am sick n tired of going to the branch every week and told the same thing. I want my money and the account 2 be closed.
