UCOUNT... no I don't!

I am very disappointed in the service delivery with regard to the U Count Rewards Programme thus far.
Firstly, I phoned in to check on my activation in early December, my phone number on the my updates was different to the tel number the bank had. Funny how they got my address right! This inconsistence in information sharing between my profile at the bank and my profile for the U Count Rewards Programme, was now made my problem - I had to physically go to the bank to change my tel number on my updates. Although frustrated, I did this. BAD SERVICE. Secondly, I wanted to book international travel tickets and take advantage of the discount at the travel mall, but I could not because of the activation issue and the time it could to get it done, i.e. 7 - 10 days. I called today again, only to find out my number has still not been update on the UCount system. Also I could no longer take advantage of getting the tickets at a discount as 100 tickets had been sold. I am mad, as if the card was activated in December I would have been able to use the discount! on my booking. Also, how convenient for the 100 tickets to be sold. How can this be verified?
