BAD SERVICE TO CONSUMERS WITH BAD CREDIT PROFILE

I am responding to the internal investigation that was done by FNB about my complaint. A lady called B M from the bannk contacted me about the complaint but was just in a hurry to close the investigation and not to try and get a solution. One thing that the bank and all other Creditors did not think of, is that the consumers with a Bad Credit history is part of the economy and spent also Thousands of Rands to the ecocnomy but when you default, then it was like a crime that was committed and they put a ring around your head to make sure that you are not helped with a smile.
I just want to tell the employees and directors of the Big Businesses in South Africa, To DEFAULT IS NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.
You do not need an INTERNAL SYSTEM with a BLACKLIST, but the CREDIT BUREAUS are enough to get a score from to score the Consumers. If you have a Bad Profile, then you must pay more for Credit and this is where the problem because you must also be part of the economy but because of the higher interest, you start to default because you have more things to do with less money.
The govenment force the credit amnesty through because of Business' are not willing to get involve.
