I have submitted numerous emails, and have had even more phone calls about the issue that Sanlam/Direct Axis has put a hold on my credit record disallowing me from obtaining any more credit. What is absolutely ludicrous is the fact that Im almost an entire monthly sum in the green. ive been told I would be contacted but nothing as of yet since early December 2013. This is becoming detrimental to my finances and credit stance and need this rectified immediately.
