A week ago I received confirmation from Livhuwani that the assessor is done with his report and that my car is going to MF AUTO BODY REPAIRERS. I confirmed my excess payment and asked her to continue. I just spoke to MF AUTO BODY REPAIRERS and they do not have my car for a week now because no proper upliftment letter was send through to them. I know I do not have car hire option, but I am in need of my car! Now I need to wait for another week? And know I have to spend extra travelling cost because of Miways error? Is this the poor service expected from my insurance company that I trust and pay each month to assist me in difficult times? Why do other insurance companies go out of their way to help their client while Miway, my insurance company make my life difficult? I have to travel 80km a day to my work... How do you expect me to pay additional weeks transport fees? Or should I walk? This is pathetic!!! I really cant see how this is "my way" of doing things.
