My car was damaged due to hail storm in October 2012. I tried to book in my car but the panel beaters (Riverside Auto Body) adviced that I should wait till January 8 2013. I dropped my car with them on January 8 and till date they haven't returned my car. It is almost 50 days I am with no car. The service from Riverside auto is pathetic, they never sent me a single sms or email regarding my car status after initial bookin sms.
I must accuse MiWay for referring me to Riverside Auto. Miway is trying to grow their market capture but incidents like these will pull them down to zero.
I asked Miway to compensate my travelling expenses which I have spent more than 7k on public transport till date. Chris from Miway is working on it. Miway your service is good but your service provider selection is not done carefully. These incidents will damage your reputation. Thanks
