I fail to understand how you work! You authorize for work to be done on a vehicle but when I call the nearest date I get is a month away. I asked for a change in repairers and same thing happened. How do you authorize for repairs without checking with the repairer if they've got space? I have to drive around in a damaged car which I duly pay the premiums for every month and have never missed any payment. I left a cheap insurance for you because I heard that you work efficiently but guess what, you are worse. I pay high premiums already and the service I get makes it seem like I am getting free cover. Does Outsurance only have 2 Audi Body Repairers in and around Gauteng? If yes, then you don't deserve to be an insurance company. I have been getting no joy in my dealings with any of your stuff. Why do you authorize a panel beater who is overbooked by a month? The reason I have insurance was to cover for damages and in a quick turnaround time but all this was just a waste. I regret moving to you and will reconsider once this ordeal is over. I want a hassle free insurer and not one that piles up stress.
