ITS IS NOW OVER 3 MONTHS THAT I COMPLAINED ABOUT ABSA AND UP UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A DECENT REPLY FROM THEM ONLY THAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THE MATTER, WHAT INVESTIGATION TAKES SO LONG WHEN I HAVE GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION TO KAROONA INCLUDING THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND DATES ALSO A DETAILED STATEMENT. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH IF THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB PROPELY PLEASE GET SOMBODY WHO CAN IT CANT TAKE OVER 3 MONTHS TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT WITH ALL THE INFORMATION AT YOUR DISPOSAL.
PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COOFFE
