On the 06 April 2013 my ABSA account has been access and all funds removed with a period of 3 Months, numerous phone calls and discussions the ABSA managed to act responsable.
I had a problem with the account for 3 months i.e. no transaction and now ABSA charged me in excess of R2500 bank charge for this period that I had no full access to the service agreement on this account.
No transactions was possible due to no funds available. ABSA took extremely long with the investigation and now I need to settle the bill. Come on ABSA have you not already inconvienced me enough for a customer that has been with you for more than 20 years. What must I do to get this reslolved stop paying you and close my account. Come on ABSA Really? I mentioned this to your account department some time ago and they just did not listen and still charged me on my account? THIS IS A JOKE AND NOW I MUST COME AND DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU AGAIN>>> I THINK YOU CAN CONTACT ME THIS TIME!!! AFTER ALL I AM THE CUSTOMER?
