ABSA and ITC (passing the buck)

I'm a customer at ABSA and have laid so many complaints regarding my credit card which was squared up almost 3 months prior to this email. Ive followed up with so many people and all the answers are the exact same.

All im trying to establish is why is it taking longer than 3 months to de-list me from the ITC as I've called the ITC today 01 August 2013 as requested by ABSA and they say they have received no notification that the account was closed yet ABSA says they sent the documentation, this is pain and suffering man as im trying to sort out other important areas in my life and 3 months already is ridiculous as I work closely with the ITC and know it takes a few weeks to clear after they received notification. My pain is why is ABSA sending me back and forth if they have submitted the information and the ITC says they received nothing.

I want to be removed as the account has been settled in May 2013 already and I said I'm giving it another month well the month is over I need to be delisted ASAP! I have the proof of settlement as well
