After complaining about an annual increase in my premium, Outsurance not only lowered my monthly premium but lowered my excess from R40 000 to R5000 as well! This is the best of both worlds. It is great to see such a big company willing to listen to their customers and reassessing the risk on an individual basis. I have been a customer since 2007 and count on many more happy years with Outsurance. Thank you Alru Gebhardt at the call centre for your excellent service and thank you Outsurance.
