This struggle is probably one of the reasons why Absa's share price is going down the drain. Top management cannot cope. Until now they couldn't properly cope with my problem either.
They don't know their systems and processes. There were holds put on my accounts twice. I had no access to my money for four days. There was no justification for this. It didn't just happen, somebody gave your system wrong information which led to the holds..
I want to know the reason why, and who was responsible to prohibit happening again..
Your customer liason people like Vanessa Crow and Ernst Bothma are useless.
I'm dealing with you as CEO now, not with lower management or the local branch
