I sent ABSA a query regarding an application I had done through them. Maria Mokwena from the Regional Customer Management division within ABSA, called me and answered my query to my satisfaction.
She did what she said she would in terms of steps to be followed and was very pleased with the customer service she gave me. I will definitely come back to ABSA as a client given this level of treatment I received.
I will also tell others of ABSA's star who makes you feel that you are cared for as a client and that they are very serious about their reputation.
Maria is my hero for the month.
