Dear Killarney Manager.

I am very impressed with the kind of service Maria gave me. The whole time dealing with her she provided excellent customer service ability, reliability and efficiency. She went an extra mile to assist me, she cut her lunch break short just to attend to me.
She saw to all of my requests in a friendly manner. I also appreciated her sense of humour which was also conducted in a professional manner.
I just wanted to share MY positive experience with ABSA Management and to say I am very happy with the results...
For that i will keep on being a loyal customer of ABSA.
