Making false promises! Applied for a loan 1 week ago, got approved on the 3rd day with a promise of the $$$ being in my account within 24 hours. Today is day 5 and still nothing has been payed into my account. The call center is a joke! You get transferred from this rep to the next to the next to the next to the next to the next and then they advise you to phone a different number and choose option this and that. Spent 20 mins of my airtime trying to sort it out. Standard Bank has disappointed and embarrassed me. Clearly no one could care less. I am closing my account.
