This is my second complain, regarding the risk profile on my account with FNB. I applied for a further loan on my bond and it was denied becasue of my risk profile. Last week I was given a reference number. I followed up on this number and it does not even exist on FNB's system. Yesterday I was refered from one person to the other and eventually told it's my personal loan, which was also paidup, thats effecting my risk profile and I must contact the Credit Bureau. What on earht must I do to get an intelligent person in FNB to tell me what is wrong or how to fix it. This is unacceptable!!!
