Our flood claim number is 13/086392 - this has become a NIGHTMARE! You don't know what the you're doing! Everything was going fine until we HAD to get loss adjusters out because YOU wouldn't allow me to put my 80 year old father into accommodation when the cottage was uninhabitable. NOW EVERYTHING is up in the air! You don't know what is happening and now nor do I? This is TWO MONTHS later! Will someone who is intelligent finalise our claim before I completely lose my temper!
