I took my for repair in December and I got it back but still had the same problem and I call the call centre to inform them about the problem as I was not able to take it back then as I was going away. I only manege to take the phone first week of Jan. Am not a happy because since then I don't have a phone and when I call them they keep me on hold for more than 30 minute waiting for feedback from the tech dept. I paid every month and I was told my phone will be fix in 2 weeks and till now, today I received a call from the and they say I don't have insurance with them
