On the 14th of December 2012 I was visited by a consultant of Advance Trade, at my home. We had discussed all the terms regarding me trading on their system for a period of 12 months or less. Due to the fact that I was going on holiday until the second week of January we had agreed that I would only receive their software and training from mid January 2012, thus payment would also only be made in January 2012. I was also informed by the consultant that I could at any time during this year stop the service and receive my money back in full without any reason whatsoever. The morning of the 15th they had billed me for the total amount of R 14995 on my credit card. I then tried to reach the consultant without any luck. On the 18th of December 2012 I eventually got a hold of the consultant on the phone and told him to cancel the order and that I would like my money back. After letters from my lawyer and numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received any feedback or my money back even though until now I have not received any product or service from them. These people should be locked up and the keys thrown away!!!
