I have a blackberry cell phone bought at Foschini which is insured with Finrite, The phone had a faulty charging pin and took it to the store to be repaired and they took it to the insurance technicians to repair it. This phone does not last more than two weeks working. Now i have taken it back for the third time to be repaired that same problem they claim they have fixed. I paid R500 for access fee, but i don't see the value for my money.. I want them to replace that phone as I cant do my work without any phone. This is really inconveniencing my life and my work as i use the phone to do part of my job.. This is really frustrating
