Nedbank group ignores no marketing requests

Recently Nedcor has undertaken new product launches. In the process they are ignoring client requests not to be contacted with marketing. First Nedgroup investments started phoning me. Eventually this led to an escalation to their supervisor who promised to removed me from their marketing list. I have just received email spam from regarding this product. Today I suddenly also received a call regarding a new short term insurance product Nedbank has launched, while at a client. Which part of no marketing is so hard to understand? Surely the CPA applies to Nedbank? I used to work for Nedcor and have always upheld them as good, even to my son when he started working. It would be sad if I had to terminate my relationship with Nedbank simply because they do not understand the basics of the CPA and ethical marketing. No marketing means exactly no marketing! The next time I "was" you client.
