Poor service

I've been a Standard Bank customer for about 25 years. We applied for a mortgage loan, and no regard is taken of my long history and extremely good credit record with the bank during the interest rate determination process. In addition, over the past year, I've had extremely poor experiences with your so-called Prestige Banking services. Even if I tell your consultants that I am considering accepting an offer from another bank, and moving all my business there, they don't even blink. Unfortunately I am not in the league for private banking, so my options are limited. But at least I would have tried to change my banking experience if I move to another bank. I would only consider staying with Standard Bank if you are willing to downwardly adjust your interest rate quote (reference 4626668).
