I just love fnb! I cant help it! the is the most advanced bank is south Africa! I hv been with this bank since I hv started banking all I will love to say to this bank is thank you! though I hv one query! my bank my favourite bank the most amazing bank wen I needed you were there wen I needed home loan you were there! though I am concerned with the interest rate you have given me, me your loyal customer! people are enjoying the 8.5 interest rate while I am stuck to ridiculous 11.75 what am I reaping to be your customer and banking with you for this long? now is time for change I have never skiped or failed to paya bond since I hv started with u! as a customer I what my interest rate to be cut to standard 8.5 percent! if you can dthat I am a guaranteed a happy customer, but if you fail to do that I guess as much as I love you I will have to go seek a reasonable bank, I will move my banking away from you since you keep singing helping but while you cant help! Mr mananger customer is always right u said it,! I trust u will give me what I deserve! thnx or goodbye
