I had called Miway my insurance broker to see if i could get the same offer as another insurance company offered me. I had dealt with Nombuso and we got cut off a few times due to bad reception on my side. She still had the courtesy to call me several times until getting hold of me and spoke to her Supervisor Thapelo who gave me a far better deal than asked for. The fact of dropping my premium was not what impressed me however the manner in which both of them took the time to get hold of me and see my problem to the end. Both these individuals helped me in their best possible way to make me leave a happier customer. They made me feel valued and appreciated. I definetly think you have a wonderful team.
