My name is Olesedi Tsokodibane id number 8401070638087, I had a cheque account with standard bank, in 2009 during my maternity leave I got a call in 2009 between September and October got a call to say my account is overdue and it's going to be handed over, I asked for an extension and was told its ok, by January 04 2010 I managed to raise funds and repay my debt. Last year December 2013 I decided to buy a car unfortunately my application was rejected as I had a judgment. I phoned TransUnion and they confirmed that I did by standard bank, the following day went to the branch to find out, I could get any help as my account number was given to someone else and they had to request a copy of my file. After couple of day I got a call from the branch manager of Tsakane mall by the name of Nhlanhla, his response was he can't find anything, I then decided to phone the legal department at first they could assist me as they also had no records, phoned trans union again to get more info, what they told me is the judgment was done by Hamond and pole attorney's, phoned them and they had no record of me asked me to phone the branch, I then phone the legal department again and was assisted
