We have a commercial policy with Outsurance of which includes 2 trailers. The one trailer is insured at a value of R130 000 and the other at R155000. The higher value trailer was then on the 4th of Feb 2013 and Outsurance insists that the trailer was insured at R130 000 and not R155 000. They are only willing to pay us for R130 000 yet the premiums between the 2 trailers are very different. The next issue is the VAT. they are supposed to pay us out inclusive of VAT but there is no mention of that. What the Outsurance - is this how you bend over backwards for your customers???
