Poor Customer Service

On the 20th of December 2013 I reported a faulty pool motor or -timer due to lightning storms in our area and received claim number ned13158058, I was helped by a lady named Bridget. On Monday the 23rd a gent (Quinten) representing save a pool came out and assessed damage. On the 30th I called both parties Nedbank and Save a pool, and both gave me the run around. Today I called Nedbank who advised that claim was declined??? Almost after a month, I called and found out. Now I don't have a problem getting it fixed but talk about customer service...? Firstly the guy who came out was not qualified because he asked my husband what was wrong after he assessed damage, he also did not know what certain transformers were in pcd box? What the, now after after 3 weeks after calling them to be advised that his report advised that break down was due to wear and tear? I wonder if Nedbank even check these clowns who they outsource work to? Thanks a lot nedbank and thanks a lot save a pool!!! For the prompt service
