CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG???

Good day Mr Pienaar,
Do i understand you correctly, i have to accept Poor Warranty service from the dealer Monument Toyota, Persons of Toyota send you hence and forth e/ mail messages that i never had dealt with before, stating that the problems is solved, but i have incurred unnecessary expenses, Fuel, Phone while knowing that my customers rights is being infringed? I never even received a apology from them for driving long distances for no reason. Do you think to struggle for Warranty parts to be replaced will make you at ease when something big need to be fixed and replaced by them?
So in who's interest are you acting as a MFC value Manager Mr Pienaar?
And secondly how are you going to prevent this from happening again to me and other Customers, do i have to accept that this is how customers from MFC get treated but my Money is good enough? Quality Control from Monument Toyota did phone me a while back to asked me how was my experience with the Service and to rate them, if anybody is interested in Customer care they should listen to there own recordings and feedback's, .
It seems to me incompetency is the Rule of the day, to see how many dissatisfied Clients there can be?
