Myself and my sister went to pay our accounts at Sportscene Westgate on Sunday morning. First of all the lady (nelly - if she did give her correct name) did not even bother to greet myself or my sister. She just rudly ask what do we want - GREAT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
Secondly while she was busy helping us, the whole time she spoke to one of her collages in another language- GREAT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
Thirdly she was talking so much she made an error with my payment, when i replied and said their is money on my card you chose savings instead of cheque - she looked at me irritated not wanting to do the transaction again, I had to tell her please do the transaction again. - GREAT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
After all this she just ignored us, but don't worry I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN SPORTSCENE WESTGATE AGAIN!!!
