CREDIT CARD PROBLEM, ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH ABSA!!!

WHEN I APPLIED FOR MY CARD, I SPECIFICALLY DECLINED THE ANNUAL INCREASE ON MY CREDIT CARD. LAST YEAR NOV/DEC I RECEIVED AN SMS SAYING MY LIMIT WAS INCREASED. SAT 11 JAN I CALLED THE CARDS DIVISION, ASKING ABOUT IT, AS I NOW WANT AN INCREASE, FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES TO THAILAND, WHEREBY I WAS TOLD I MUST WAIT 6 MONTHS AS MY LIMIT INCREASE WAS ALREADY DONE. WHERE DID I CONSENT??? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME THE CONSENT WHERE I SIGNED FOR THIS INCREASE. I ALSO ASKED ABOUT MY INTEREST RATE, AND TOLD IT WAS 17% FLAT FOR EVERYONE??? I THEN CALLED OAKFIELDS BRANCH, TO SPEAK TO AYANDA, AS SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL LAST YEAR WHEN I HAD ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH ABSA FREEZING MY ACOCUNT ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND REQUESTING THE SAME DOCS OVER AND OVER. THEN WITH REPLACING MY CREDIT CARD HAD TO BE ISSUED 3 DIFFERENT CARDS AS THEY COULDNT GET MY SURNAME AND EXPIRY DATE CORRECT, THEN IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED, GIVEN TO ME IN MAY, BUT ONLY ACTIVE FROM AUG,?? SHE WAS BRILLIANT. SHE HAS NOW BEEN TRANSFERRED TO GERMISTON. VIRGINIA AT OAKFIELDS WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AT ASSISTING, AND NOT BOTHERED TO TRY AND HELP BUT KEEPS SAYING I MUST PHONE CARDS DIVISION WHICH I DID!!! THEN SHE SAID I MUST GO TO WALKER BRANCH
