I have been battling to get feedback and service from your company on my vehicle hail damage since November last year. I eventually managed to get your assessor out to do the assessment on my vehicle (in March only) and now it is yet again 3 weeks later and still no progress.
Can you please contact me and let me know when my vehicle can go in for repairs as per previous requests?
This is now ridiculous, I really want to get my vehicle repaired soonest, so that I can CANCEL my insurance with your company and sign up with a company where they will actually give me the service I am billed for (without fail) every month.
