Tjo!!! I still can't beleave

I have been a Nedbank client for nearly 10 years. Never had any major issues and all of those issues were all sorted out reasonably well. I have just received the most exceptional service I have ever received from any company/services provider. Long story short - Called on the 6th Jan to request a refund and was I told that it will take 7 - 10 working days. Called on the 13th to check to everything was in order only to be told they needed some documents. I was a little confused because I was not informed in the first place. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was put through to Merle by mistake I might add. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I promise you, I sent her the documents at 09:48 and the funds reflected in my account at 10:46 BOOOOOM. Usain Bolt who??? I didn't even know until she sent me the email saying that the refund has been processed. This has to be some kind of World record. MFC and Nedbank have a client for life!!!
