Two weeks since my complain and this matter has not been resolved. I contacted the call centre on Friday 10 January and was told I'd receive a refund by 12 that day, and that I'd receive a call once the refund was processed, yet I have still not received even so much as call from the Finance department. What was alarming was that despite the CEO's response saying that the documentation for the refund was being processed not one of the ladies I spoke to was aware of this. Empty promises Mr CEO??? I've tried to contact the call centre today again but my call keeps getting cut. What kind of service is this??? Guess who will be cancelling a policy with Essential-Med once the refund is processed
