One of the reasons I do not use Capitec as my my primary account is because of the Internet banking facility.
The payment history option does not work?
I am trying to retrieve payments made to a specific benefitciary for the entire 2013 year (Jan - Dec) and after the consultant took me through the process, it still did not work.
I then asked for assistance with the above and it seemed almost impossible.
I made the comparison to FNB and was told I could not compare the two (fair enough).
What concerned me the most is that the consultant could have possibly not understood the need / urgency to have such a service easily accessible and the fact that I had to spend time going through the logic of having such a service working properly at all times.
There has got to be an easier way. You can't tell me everytime I need proof of payment I will have to call in to the call centre. There has got to be an easier way. One which works too.
