After my post here I received a barrage of calls from both Nedbank and their supplier agreeing that it was unacceptable to have to wait from 20th November 2013 for a product; making promises and giving assurances that the matter would be fast tracked and I would get delivery ASAP.
Alas, all that talk and it was delivered one whole day earlier than there standard 5 day policy. Ordered on the 20th Nov 2013 and received on the 9th Jan of the following year!!!
Somebody please find Steve and tell him I have switched to FNB :-)
