Cartel Technology Defrauded Me!

I bought an iMac 27" computer and iPhone 4S 16Gig from an online company called Cartel Technology Inc. [URL Removed] through their Sales Representative called Mr. Steve Kelm. 27 (31) 813 5893
I paid R8000 on 25 March 2013 and R7850 on 26 March 2013 to their Nedbank Account for the two articles.
On 27 March 2013 I was emailed by a Mr. Dickson from Timebound Delivery Services said that my merchandise was stuck at the South African Customs and that I had to pay another R5, 550 directly to the courier services Timebound Delivery Services in order to free my two items from the South African Customs.
After phoning Mr. Kelm and being promised that all was legit I paid a Mr Dickson on a Capitec account.
I was told that this amount would be reimbursed to me by Mr. Steve Kelm and that they would provide
me with a letter of refund.
On 28 March 2013 I received an email from Timebound Delivery Services saying I have to pay another R6550 in order to get my merchandise. I phoned Cartel Technologies where
Mr. Steve Kelm told me that they ordered 6 other Apple products and that it was all coming
into the country on my name, Mr. JB de Vaal. I have gone to the police. Avoid this company.
