If you're with Stansure change your Insurance Co!!

My car had hail damage, it took all of 3 months to sort it out, with me mailing and calling and nobody being able to assist me. When the car finally went in, Stansure failed to arrange my car hire, with the result that I had to take public transport (why when I pay for the car hire service) until Stansure finally realised they needed to notify Avis that I needed a car and after I threw a tantrum. On the day I got my car back, a woman drove into me and I had to lodge another claim. I received notification on Thursday 11 April that my claim had been authorised. I called Stansure on Monday to find out what the next step was. I was told that I needed to call the panelbeater and book my car in. I called the panelbeater and they had no idea what I was talking about. I called Stansure back and was told that the authorisation had only been sent to the panelbeater after I had called. Yesterday I mailed Xaviour (he never returns calls), Belinda van Schoor (I received an out of office), Anne Powell and Yolande Prinsloo to ask what was going on, I'm still awaiting a response. In short, Stansure!!!
