Standard Bank spend well over 2 months trying to find a panel beater that can repair my vehicle. They keep telling me that all the panel beaters are fully booked. It took me less than 5 minutes to find, phone and book my car in at a panel beater that could help me immediately. It was no rocket science. And the funny part is that the panel beater is one that is contracted to standard bank insurance.
Now I ask you. How incompetent are the standard bank employees? Seems mediocracy is the new way to go with standard bank. How pathetic
