During last week I received a SMS informing me that my FNB Cheque Card is about to expire and that my new card will be delivered soon - I didn't even know it is about to expire. The next day I received a phone call from FNB's couriers to arrange for my delivery address.
What great customer service from FNB - well done... This is the reason why I moved to FNB and I don't regret this decision one bit.
(The only thing left for FNB to do for us, is to grant my husband and I a 100% bond, then I will be ecstatic! :) )
