Proof of insurance

I continuously receive calls from DIRECT AXIS saying I need to provide proof of insurance for the 2 vehicles I have financed with TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES. I have on 2 separate occasions provided this proof of insurance, and my broker has also done this in writing on 2 occasions, and still they send me sms's requesting this information. The latest sms now states that as I did not provide the proof of insurance, DIRECT AXIS will be loading my account with an additional premium to insure my vehicles. Where is TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES in all of this, and are they aware of what this company is doing?
As a result of this disgusting attitude, behaviour and total incompetence of their staff, I will in future not be buying any vehicles from TOYOTA, and I will make every attempt to re-finance these vehicles with a different financial institution.
I am sick and tired of being solicited for products that I do not need, by companies that refuse to operate by ethical standards.
I will also be submitting this complaint on every available media platform that is available to me!
