I would like to thank FNB as a whole for helping me change banks but the service I received from Nicolene was really amazing. She really made the whole process stress and hassle free for me. I have never received service like this before from a bank and it is so comforting to see a friendly helpful face when you are faced with a daunting task. I was a happy FNB customer before my account was even opened!
