Don't change banks to FNB- Incompetent bad service

I am in the process of changing banks from Absa to FNB - Big Mistake! I have applied for an overdraft completed ALL the necessary forms emailed the documentation through with all the supporting documents on numerous occasions I have even insisted and received confirmation from FNB that they had received my documentation an all was in order! Then they send me a stinking letter to say the account is dormant and overdrawn and I will be handed over in 35 days. On querying this. I was advised by team leader Nazim Cassim that she doesn't know why the overdraft was not loaded or why I got the letter but I have to start the whole application process AGAIN!!! Seriously!!!.STAY AWAY FROM FNB! Attitude and service is pathetic!!!
