I am writing to you to relate to you the very unprofessional treatment that I had received from your Company MIWAY.
Why do you make me feel like I have commuted murder?
My policy is up today, with me you are sure that I will pay you every month
Why you don't do the same thing to all customer, we need to be sure that our insurance is on our WAY?
now i have been told they wont proceed with my claim an till they got all information about my previous insurance?
MY QUESTION TO THEM WHY DIDN'T YOU CHECK MY PREVIOUS INSURANCES BEFORE SIGNING ME?
I believe for them to sign me and accept me which means I qualify to have a policy at MIWAY?
I was involved in an accident and the other driver was at fault,

Your salesperson did not check my personal circumstances at the time of sale, or tell me which circumstances would not be covered by the policy!
Please investigate my complaint before the matter can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman
