Hi i placed a complaint last week, and got a call on friday in the most in- appropriate time. i asked the lady to call me back but havent received a call. im extremely angry for the fact that something so simple as setting a number is such a major issue in this bank!!! i had to make a payment by the latest on the 31st but couldnt because i cannot make payments on my internet banking!!! im holding standard bank accountable for this!
