Standard Bank is badly handling my account and is overchaging me. The claim their system was down and no recordings of previous transections ever took place. I was again helped by an in competent call center lady by the name of Banele who failed to explain to me ehats goin on in my account and the ref to that call is (IAI8252). She them made me to hold the line for more than 30min without getting back to me. I am frustrated with this bank and dont know what to do any more. They making money out of me.
