I Signed up for the "Buddy @ out" service through the outsurance call centre on the 31st of December (i.e. 12 days ago).

I was told that the service can take up to 48 hours to activate and for Goodfellas to call me to confirm everything.

Sufficed to say, nothing happened. A few days later (i think around the 3rd) I then phoned outsurance to enquire what was going on as I had not yet received any confirmation or call from goodfellas. They assured me they would sort it out immediately and then the consultant simply put me through to someone at goodfellas who wasn't even there (yay).

So I left a message for this person with my contact details in the hopes of receiving a callback.
Nope. Nada. Nothing. Niks.

I'm still waiting.
I have been charged the fee for the buddy @ out service for this month of course, despite not even being able to use it.
