After my previous report, I have still had no response from Standard Bank. Obviously I have still not been refunded my money that they incorrectly took from me. Absolutely useless. I had one guy phone back on Tuesday respoding to a call I made last week, but once again got it all wrong. I asked to speak to the MD, or someone in charge, but that did not happen.
Please, please Standard Bank. Please get someone who is competent to call me back and resolve the problem. Please... I dont ask for much, but I would really appreciate you giving my money back that you from me. Please get someone to call me...
